Yes, they've lost it a few too many times

This pharmacy is always slow to fill prescriptions. I've waited an hour or more, with two young children in tow, for something they originally told me would take 15 minutes...then a few more minutes...then a few more...you get the idea. I switched to Target for a while, but had to switch back when my insurance dropped Target as a pharmacy we could use. I'll be making every effort in the future to use any other Giant Eagle but this one, especially after they just erroneously told me to give my child her medication 2x/per day, when I knew for a fact (and then checked with) that her pediatrician had said just once.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!
