I've been taking my pets to Dr. Rude for several years. It's an absolutely no frills clinic, just the bare basics, which suits me fine. I'm not paying for the glorious atmosphere. Dr. Rude is knowledgeable, patient and gentle with both my cat and dog. I'd recommend the Animal Clinic of Reading to anyone.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
