The professionalism of everyone here is exceptional !.! Their entire staff have positive , friendly , sincere , personalities , about them that make you feel good about your experience there , no matter whos helped you or waited on you ! My baby always seems a little nervous when we walk in , but turns to putty in their hands : ) even for something as simple as going to get his nails clipped ! Maybe it's the Mcdonalds kiddie cone ( in a bowl ) and glass of water after every visit ! They were recommended by a friend , and I would NEVER consider taking my pet anywhere else !
Truly a Top Shelf , 1'st Class , organization : ) .
