I went with my son and his wife to Dentures and Dental Services in Catoosa, OK. Dr. Sharpe did x-rays and an oral examination and said he could take care of extracting my daughter-in-law's teeth and making her dentures today. We paid for the total amount for services and extra for gas and she was given some medication to relax her and help with her anxiety. They would not leave the gas on her nose and kept removing it and she could feel the pain from the teeth being pulled. She tried to tell Dr. Sharpe that she was feeling the pain and after pulling just two teeth he just stood up and said "I cannot work under these conditions" and walked out. My daughter-in-law begged the nurse to have him come back and complete the extractions and my son told Dr. Sharpe that he would have to finish pulling the top teeth so she could put her dentures in and not have to go around without teeth. He pulled the last three teeth WITHOUT THE GAS but refused to finish the job. The nurse came in and gave her a card to an oral surgeon and sent us on our way. No refund or explanation of what happened. We went back the next day and asked to talk with Dr. Sharpe and he would not talk to us. He sent in a patient advocate who listened to our story and is now trying to get the matter resolved. I would never, ever refer anyone to this clinic. Dr. Sharpe was cold, heartless, uncaring, uncompassionate and rude. He has no business working in this type of environment.
