They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I came to the office for a follow up appointment I had for over a month that Dr. Kaur had told me to make. I waited for an hour before she came in and asked me why I was there and that she was fitting me into her day. She then went on to attack me and tell me that I was depressed and that she wouldn't help me. I told her that in fact no I was not depressed and a very happy person that needed help managing pain....which is what she does! Her employees are all very rude, she is very rude and if you are not scheduling very expensive and painful injections she treats you like garbage. I will not be going back to her office after spending hundreds of dollars on her treatments that DO NOT WORK. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor and left her office crying. I am a medical assistant and work with doctors every day and there is in no way, shape or form any right for a provider to talk to her patients the way she talked to me.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer,. They are NOT easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They were always very considerate and professional.
