Absolutely would never recommend this ENT to my friends, family, or anyone for that matter. Initial visit went great, but unfortunately that was short lived. Does not explain anything to you and when you ask questions he would just give little smirk and say "Yeah, unfortunately"
:( During his visits, he would ask me questions that he as a doctor should already know by reviewing patient's chart before walking into room to see the patient. He seemed very clueless to any medical history of my child and that he performed 2 tube insertion sx on my child (Both sx he was late performing because apparently he goes swimming in the AM). Never referred me to change my child's antihistamine to see if a different med would work better to get rid of little fluid that was in my child's ear ( we all know different meds work differently for everyone). after his request for putting a permanent set of tubes in my child's ears I then decided to get a second opinion and I starting giving my son a different antihistamine. After asking Dr. Noel if in fact both tubes in my son's ears had fallen out, HE & HIS NURSE both verified and stated that both tubes were out and documentation stated that as well. A few weeks later I looked in my child's left ear because he was digging again with his finger but stated it did not hurt, I then saw the little black tube sitting in the outer part of his ear!!! Can't imagine the look on my husband and I face!! Needless to say since we have switch his antihistamine, he is no long digging in his ears and see no need for insertion of permanent tubes. All I could think about was how much money we could have saved if I would have just went with my parental instincts and switch his allergy med.

Have seen Dr. Noel three times. Excellent care. His staff, however, should not be allowed access to customers. Impatient, rude, and don't listen to patients. She would not read email (information) I left at their site last Friday. It seems their focus is for Dr. Noel to lose patients, customers. Latest was episode when I called the office today January 19, 2015. Sad, as I felt Doctor's care was excellent.
